Our favorite 100% bar. A 100% cacao dark chocolate bar crafted with heavy roasted Madagascar beans. Earthy, chocolatey, nutty, very smooth, and heavily conched. Not much bitterness left at all, very yummy indeed! The heavy roast imparts flavor notes that are extremely nutty and earthy. A roasting profile we don't often use because we want the light character of the beans to shine through, but we wanted to try it for something dark!
