Your description of this bar of having caramel notes is so true! This is now in the running as my favorite single origin. I love the true true chocolate flavor that comes through and the silkiness of the bar. It is outstanding!

In the 70% the Ambanjia Madagascar is my favorite. You taste fruity with red fruits predominant however you have nutty notes too, everything with a pleasant acidity. Buonissima!! GREAT JOB
