Asian Pears are poached and pureed. Perfected brown butter is infused into the caramel recipe and blended with the pear puree, lastly, the brown butter and Asian pear caramel are spiked with Suntory Whiskey Toki. Suntory Whiskey makes the most insane caramel you have ever tried!

Asian Pears have an amazingly crisp slightly tart flavor that pairs so well with the browned butter, Suntory Whiskey, and the caramel.
Suntory Whiskey Toki Tasting Notes
Nose: Basil, green apple, honey.
Palate: Grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, thyme.
Finish: Subtly sweet and spicy finish with a hint of vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
