Kasey decided to take our award winning caramel recipe and blend it with raspberry puree and mascarpone cheese. We substituted the butter we would normally use for the mascarpone and it is AMAZING. It literally tastes exactly like a raspberry cheesecake in caramel form coated in dark chocolate. Out of this FRIGGIN WORLD!!
